Everything an agency, tablet platform or co-publisher needs to evaluate, register and contract with us, in one place. Items still in progress are marked Pending, and every registration links to the public database where you can check it yourself.

Built to fit platform intake

Correctional tablet platforms review third-party content for security, stability and content. We engineer for those reviews from the start.

  • Runs offline between syncs

Tablets may only sync with a kiosk every few weeks. Every game works with no network at all, and saves progress safely on the device.

  • Signed, versioned files

We deliver digitally signed packages with hashes and change logs, as platforms require for third-party files.

  • Light on old hardware

Under 250 KB per game, music included, written for Android 8.1 tablets (Chrome 61+ WebView) with low-power processors.

  • Passes content review

Written to Washington DOC's publication rules (DOC 450.100): no violence, contraband, maps, gang symbols, links or messaging.

Ways to work with us

  1. Pilot

One unit or facility, a defined term and agreed measures. Washington DOC itself began tablets with a two-facility proof of concept.

  2. Agency license

Per facility or statewide, including updates, new games as they release, and support.

  3. Platform license or co-publishing

Finished, review-ready titles for your catalog, on a flat license or a revenue share.

  4. Community and education

Licenses for reentry programs, nonprofits, schools and ethnic studies courses, online or offline.

Pricing and terms are on request and are scoped to each program.

Pilot evaluation plan

A pilot should answer clear questions, so we propose measures up front and agree them with your program and research staff.

  • Engagement: sessions started and completed per game, from on-device summaries the facility collects at sync, with no names or IDs.
  • Skill practice: change in each game's own measures (accuracy, response time, span, switch cost) across sessions.
  • Experience: a short, plain-language participant survey on calm, interest and cultural connection, plus staff feedback.
  • Safety and stability: any content or technical issues, reviewed with the platform and the facility.

Data collection is off in current builds. Any pilot data export is added only under a written data agreement with the facility.

Supplier inclusion

Washington law (RCW 49.60.400) does not allow racial preferences in public contracting, and we do not ask for any. We compete on quality, security and fit.

Once certified, our minority-owned status will appear in the OMWBE directory and in WEBS, so agencies can include us in outreach and inclusion reporting under RCW 39.19 and Executive Order 22-01, Equity in Public Contracting. As a small business, we can also qualify for the state's small business provisions.
